Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Sarah Swan and the Rez Gurls Creative Studio.  Every Piece is created and packaged with care, intention, and a little Bay Era magic.  Below you'll find everything you need to know about how your order travels from my studio to your handsl 

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days.  Many of my items are handmade, made-to-order, print-on-demand, or thoughtfully packaged, so processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or special releases. 

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.  

Estimated delivery times (after processing):  

Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days

International: 7-21 days (depnding on destination and customs)

Please note that delivery times are estistates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.  These are not included in the purchase or shipping cost. 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Sarahswan.store is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.  However, if something feels off, please reach out, I'm always happy to help navigate the next steps. 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Sarahswan.store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many items are handmade, made-to-order, or print-on-demand, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.  If there's an issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right again.
